Our Coaches.

The Urban Technique staff are educated weekly on new drills, techniques, pedagogy and safety. We often collaborate on athletes in and out of the gym to insure we are developing each athlete to the best of our ability. The owner, Angela Urban, personally trains each staff member to help aid in continuity of training techniques. We strive for consistency!

All coaches are college aged or above and are held to a high standard. We continue to educate ourselves on best practices. If we expect our athletes to improve, then we too should expect to improve our craft as coaches.
